I agree that:
- Manufacturers on Digital World send me promotional messages regarding their products and services via email and phone, and that TD SYNNEX shares my information (i.e., my name and business email address) with them for this purpose. This also applies to manufacturers based in a country outside the European Economic Area (EEA), where a different and/or lower level of data protection than the EU/EEA applies and my data is less protected than in the European Union, such as in the USA. Information about the manufacturers can be found here.
- TD SYNNEX shares my business contact information (and my name in relation to manufacturers outside the EEA) with manufacturers whose content I have viewed/downloaded as part of Digital World to review and control manufacturer-supported activities. This is particularly the case if the manufacturer is based in a country outside the European Economic Area where my data is less protected than in the European Union, such as in the USA.
