I consent that:
- Manufacturers represented on Digital World may send me promotional information about their products and services via email and phone, and TD SYNNEX may share my data (name and professional email contact details) for this purpose. This also applies to manufacturers located in a country outside the European Economic Area (EEA), where a different and/or lower level of data protection may apply than in the EU/EEA, and my data may be less protected there than in the European Union, such as in the USA. Information about the manufacturers can be found HERE.
- TD SYNNEX may share my professional contact information (and for manufacturers outside the EEA, also my name) with manufacturers for the purpose of verifying and controlling costs of manufacturer-supported actions whose content I have visited/downloaded as part of Digital World. This particularly applies if the manufacturer is located in a country outside the European Economic Area, where my data is less protected than in the European Union, such as in the USA. Information about the manufacturers can be found HERE.
[For manufacturers located in the EEA, the transfer of company, function, name, country, participant type is based on the legitimate interest of the manufacturers (verification of marketing actions for anti-corruption and anti-fraud purposes) and TD SYNNEX, to offer their customers manufacturer-supported content, as described in the privacy notices.]
